[Standards] I think there is a XEP for this...

Hi,

I think I read about a XEP for this sometime ago, but I can't find it.

Scenario: you are at home talking with some friends, you leave you  
home, and go to work, but leave your client online.

When you arrive at work, you connect a new client with a different  
resource.

While you where traveling messages where sent to you and are now  
sitting at the client at home.

I would like to pull them from the home client to the office client.

is there a XEP for this?
