[Standards] UPDATED: XEP-0016 (Privacy Lists)

Version 1.6 of XEP-0016 (Privacy Lists) has been released.

Abstract: This specification defines an XMPP protocol extension for enabling or disabling communication with other entities on a network; the main body of this document has been copied without modification from Section 10 of RFC 3921.
