Advance version 0.14 to Draft?
Ian, Kevin, and Peter voted +1. Chris and Ralph to vote on list.
2. XEP-0157: Contact Addresses for XMPP Services
Ralph to vote on list.
3. XEP-0170: Recommended Order of Stream Feature Negotiation
Ralph to vote on list.
4. XEP-0185: Dialback Key Generation and Validation
Ralph voted +1. Chris, Ian, and Kevin to vote on list.
5. XEP-0190: Best Practice for Closing Idle Streams
Ralph to vote on list.
6. XEP-0192: Proposed Stream Feature Improvements

Long discussion about error handling. Consensus to return an error in
the multiple-resource case. Peter to update the spec and post to the
Standards-JIG list for feedback.
