Version 0.3 of XEP-0193 (Proposed Resource Binding Improvements) has been released.

Abstract: This document proposes improvements to the definition of resource binding for inclusion in the specification that supersedes RFC 3920.

Changelog: Per Council feedback, modified error handling when client does not include a from address; also, clarified rules regarding which full JID to include on bind and unbind requests. (psa)
