As I said before, I do not like the idea because of availability. I like
it for muc-room aliases - sure, we do not need local chats everywhere,
but it might be nice to have jdev running on xmpp.org, since it is the
"flagserver" now - but people are used to join jdev at jabber.org. Wouldn't
it be nice to have it at both places at once?
And about clients - I think the xep would be transparent for them, so
there is no need for their support, no?
