Hello,

If it's common I suggest that you get the preferred one from the Creator of the Session. Otherwise get the first Common one from the creator.
And return as the Accepted one. You don't need to send a description-modify.

Regards,
Thiago

Subject: [Standards] XEP-0167: encoding negotiation

The example of codec negotiation in XEP-0167 describes the case when
the sender and the receiver have only one encoding in common. What
happens when there are several? Is a 'description-accept' response
understood as implicitly choosing the first encoding in the list? Or
should the receiver modify the description to only include one
encoding?
