example 4 in XEP-0047 is using amp.

I think it shold be:
<rule condition='deliver' value='stored' action='error'/>

instead of:
<rule condition='deliver-at' value='stored' action='error'/>

because only the deliver condition is defined in XEP-0079 amp.
