[Standards] disco identity: "gateway/xfire"

In my role as maintainer of the XMPP Registrar function, I've been asked
to add a service discovery identity [1] for gateways to Xfire [2], of
which there is at least one instance [3].

The registration is as follows:

  <type>
    <name>xfire</name>
    <desc>Gateway to the Xfire gaming and messaging platform</desc>
    <doc>None</doc>

</category>

If there are any objections, please let me know.
