[Standards] XMPP Schemas errors

This has is something that has come up before. The XMPP schemas are
descriptive, not normative. There is quite some interest in having
normative schemas for validating XMPP and for generating classes, but
nobody has stepped up to do it yet AFAIK. The question is whether XSD
is good enough for this, or whether we should use Relax NG or
something of the like.
