Not quite ready. Jack posted to the council@ list with some concerns.
Peter to move the presence use case to a separate spec rather than add
it at the last minute to XEP-0012.

Skipped because Peter has yet to send out a summary of the Call for
Experience.

4. Reminder for vote on Data Mine-ing
