1. How can we guarantee that the information is always up to date?
2. How can we guarantee that the screenshots are easy to understand, 
complete, up to date and in the right language...?
3. I think consistency is important here. There will be a huge 
difference between the screenshot tutorials (IF there are any at all). 
Either we have it for all clients or for none.

This is out of reach for us. Much too complicated.
We have to be in control of our user experience.
