I'm having difficulties concerning some extra theming stuff and need 
help from somebody who can actually code. Working "together" on my local 
machine wouldn't be effective.

Please install drupal. Just an ordinary one, with cck and views.

Once we have that we can start filling it with test content and when the 
structure and the theme is working can start filling it with real content.
