Hello Christian!

The problem I am facing right now is pretty drupal specific. I need the 
right php code to pull out certain taxonomy/vocabulary. Sometimes 
replacing taxonomy with images, and sometimes just to have full control 
over positioning and theming every kind of content individually. Pulling 
out custom CCK fields isn't that much of a problem though.

I have found this snippet for image replacement: 
http://drupal.org/node/149738 , but tried it with no luck.
Maybe there is a problem with the structure of the theme? (It has two 
different page templates and different node templates for each kind of node)

I just updated the mindmap (assuming we will use nodes for XEPs and 
features):

maybe that serves any purpose for you... :P

after all I still think working on an actual drupal installation 
*together* would be nice ;) ...
