[webteam] opening the floodgates

Hey,

just wanted to say, that I have created a page to keep track of all changes
made to the Page as long as it is in the Test phase.
http://stage.jabber.org/Changelog
This way, we can easially roll back if we encounter any problems during the
creation of the page, and it simplifies working with several people.
