Hi all,

I'm glad to stay here with you.

A good point to start, IMHO, is defining which kind of tools we will (need
to) use.

A random list of what I feel important for a good cooperation, is:

- A collaboration/PM tool (activecollab? Dotproject?)
- A CVS repository (Subversion - of course)
- A features/bugs tracking system (Mantis? Bugzilla?)

Of course, the first tool is the only needed right now, in order to start
defining requisites, features and a project timeline.

If I remember the original Peter's call, the architecture should be the
classical LAMP, and the selected CMS should be Drupal, it's all right?
