I see a huge benefit from including all relevant information about
projects in one place.
I know XEPs are boring. But on the other hand they're so useful! If you
don't like to enter XEPs you won't have to.
I'm no developer but can imagine it is a nice feature to be able to
filter by XEP in order to software with certain other software for example.

I would like to adress geeks, developers and current other project
members :D ...
Regarding the target audience I suggest to build a solid complete and
reliable source of information.
Once we have that we can peel out a model that fits. (and maybe chanel
visitors to certain developer areas later...)

My personal wishlist goes like that:
Client software, server software, software libraries, public server
list, custom jabber services, reviews, tutorials, "jabber dictionary",

It should be the resource #1 for jabber information for most users.
