Great work (as expected :D)! IMO the concept is pretty good but the
'mood' of the mockups is a bit dull/stiff. All very clean and concise
but also very gray, subdued. They try to keep the essence of the current
site design but IMO the current site design is exactly one of the
weakest points of jabber.org at the moment. The site is great for
developers and protocol enthousiasts but your average enduser is
certainly not going to be attracted to it. It's not a very inviting site.

IMO more color and a bit more contrast would be very welcome.

Especially the ICQ page is rather horrific but I think you get the idea
:) At least for the enduser page we need to have as little text as
possible, some photo's of happy people, etc :D
