Yes, that's what I mean. You best can compare the kind of umbrella
branding I would like to see with Linux distributions or even better
the Compact Disc Digital Audio branding.

Linux distributions:
* penguin logo
* "Linux"
* another name to differentiate the specific distribution (e.g.
Ubuntu, RedHat,...)

Compact Disc Digital Audio
* Compact Disc Digital Audio logo on hardware and CD-As
* "compact disc"
* (an)other name(s) to differentiate the specific producer/product
(e.g. Sony (also an umbrella brand btw, but a different one),
StereoStation 2000)

So, for Jabber:
* 1 official name
* 1 official logo
* trademark restrictions on the use of both name and logo
