Semi-off-topic: the same application inertia is the reason why Linux
is so popular on the server side, while it has difficulties on the
desktop side, and why even Microsoft has trouble on the server side
(they can't easily convert admins that are used to the unix way; Linux
can because it follows the unix way of doing things). I not this,
because it is the #1 thing you should keep in mind when targeting the
end user.
