The end user is too stupid to read, so as you say yourself, don't use
text. Just try to answer his post with something like this:
"1) Click on this:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/coccinella/Coccinella-0.96.0Win.zip?download
2) Click on that file
3) Click on the ladybird
4) Click on this: http://coccinella.im/registernewaccount
(optional step: 5) Use your brains to combine step 3 and 4)"

If that guy does not understand this, just don't spend more time on
him: he will be too stupid to chat anyway :o)
