[webteam] meeting results

OK we held a meeting today:

Florian, Adam, and I decided that we really need to integrate the Drupal
and XMPP authentication systems before we launch. This will delay the
launch but make life much easier later.

A few points:

1. We also agreed that we will try to make Drupal authenticate against
the Postgres database that we use for XMPP authentication (read-only).
The Postgres db is on a different machine. We need to figure out how to
do this securely.

2. We'll try to do make registration happen with class.jabber.php (CJP)
by sending in-band registration requests to ejabberd. Florian has
experience with this library. This will not require changes to ejabberd
(a Good Thing!).

3. Florian set up the Google Analytics (GA) module and Peter configured
it. We still need to figure out how to get 404 pages to show up in GA.

4. The submission guide still needs work. Peter to work on this.

5. We will keep stage.jabber.org as a testbed.
