maybe small, but very important. in the "Why _use_ jabber?" answer the first point is: *"1. Free.* You don't have to pay to use Jabber" I think we miss the point here, since anybody we want to reach thinks only one thing by then: "I never paid a dime to msn, aim, yaho, icq...." I vote for putting the money issue on the last position.
