[webteam] components

I'm writing the submission guide pages. The add-a-component page asks
for some strange information, like "certificate". What's that? Also
maybe it should have fields for servers with which the component will
work, pulled from the server data (i.e., ejabberd, Openfire, etc.). But
I'm not sure how to do that. Suggestions?
