[webteam] homepage

The homepage at http://stage.jabber.org/ changed a while back. I liked
the old buttons better, but someone in the jdev chatroom suggested that
all the repeated "JABBER" text is a bit much anyway. Is there a slightly
more subtle way to get the message across?

And if we're going to have buttons / panels, I would prefer to have one
for each of the items at the top of the left navigation:

    * What Jabber Is
    * What Jabber Does
    * Why Use Jabber
    * Get Jabber!
