Right. I think forums are more user-friendly for lots of folks. I don't
use them myself (too many other communication venues already!), but I
think they could be quite helpful for end users and such. If we could
cross-post them to JUser / JAdmin etc. that would be cool...

I have no opinion (yet) regarding choice of technology.
Oh and BTW this might be a phase 2 thing...
