[webteam] Client translation language indicators

We need to decide how the client page should indicate what translations 
are available for the client.

The current solution is the use of flags.
The proposed solution is to use ISO codes for languages: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-2_codes


Personally I would prefer the flags because of usabilty and the 
"non-verbal" communication,
but I see that using standards here wouldn't be wrong either.
People that have special interest in how this is solved are welcome to 
participate in the solution :)
