Country flags and languages simply do not match.

If you want usability, I would propose an interface like this:
Translated in <language of web browser>: yes/no
Other languages... <--AJAX collapsed list of all supported languages
<language of web browser> also can be an URL to a page listing all
software in this category that is available in this language.
