[webteam] Meeting Minutes and next meeting

Hey guys,

here a few notes I wrote down.

1. Jabber.org downtimes - just a quick info
Drupal cache was enabled, and that fixed alot. APC was also installed 
for further improvement.

2. Statistics
We added a block with the GA code. Let's see if that works.

3. Forums
HedgeMage will work on this.

4. Comment RSS
Seem to be fixed.

5. Sandbox
Zeus will probably be used. No date yet.
Until then, we are setting up sandbox.jabber.org externally.
