Well I suggest that the template be fixed (I can help with this if
necessary) and that the block is moved into the sidebar. Looking at
the source, the footer block is nowhere near the end of the HTML, the
sidebar comes after it. (and it is ideal to have the GA tag as close
to the end as possible, I understand)
