Correct, Google suggest to put it directly in from of the </body> tag.
Why? If there is a problem at Google, or any other routing problem in the
internet and the java script cannot be loaded from the server many browser
stop loading the page until they get a timeout. Which does not matter when
it's at the end because the page is already loaded.

Aadam: can you add my gmail id to GA?
