AFAIK from what I learnt during my courses of Law at university this
is legal issues thing is a myth, at least in Europe and most parts of
the world. Also, Microsoft has a reputation on being very aggressive
on legal stuff and I never heard of any server administrator who was
contacted by Microsoft to remove his MSN transport, did you?
