[webteam] External Forum

I have been lurking on this list, and since I commented earlier about
the jabber.org drupal forum, I'll add my comments about this issue also.

vBulletin is great product, but I think it gives a funny image about the
Jabber community not to use a free/opensource alternative like
phpbb3. It is like saying Jabber community don't really emphasize all
these great values from: http://www.jabber.org/why-use-jabber ,
especially when alternatives like Unclassified NewsBoard and phpbb3 have
built in jabber support.

All those are good points and it would be really nice to see proper
Jabber forum. I think the current drupal forum is a bit confusing, even
vBulletin might be better ;)
