[webteam] drupal user

Hi there.

There seems to be a problem with user right and drupal.
Images that belong to the user 1080 or group 1013 don't show up on the page.
Images that were created by user 33 or group 33 (newer entries) show up 
correctly.

I have no rights to change this - and maybe somebody could have a look 
how this happened - so it doesn't happen again. (maybe during an updgrade?)
