It seems to be a database problem, not a file permissions problem, since
a dump of the DB yields information like this:

\"filepath\";s:63:\"sites/stage.jabber.org/files//clients/logos/coccinella_logo.png\"

I wonder if there's a way to modify all of those in one pass...
