Cool... well, I'd be willing to chip in the Drupal bits if it sounds  
good with the ejabberd-type folks.

I mean Drupal, the modules used - having it all in svn makes it much  
easier to:
a) keep track on any code changes/mods or custom elements that have  
been written (like the theme, etc)
b) develop locally and stay current with what's on the server.

i.e. for something like this, if I can svn up to make sure i have all  
the latest changes and commit it back.

Anyhoo... I'll keep an eye out for ejabberd xmlrpc information
