[webteam] IRC <-> XMPP Comparison

Recently I had to face an IRC fan and was thinking about arguments.
Pro and contra jabber in comparison.

As I don't know so much about IRC, I thought it would be a valuable 
resource for other jabber advocates to have on objective and fair list 
that compares jabber and IRC features.

I would love to see such information on jabber.org. (maybe with other 
open protocols as SIP, too?)
