I guess you don't have to thank me especially here - we all do what we 
can and what we want :)

I think everybody over estimates the drupal complexity.
Anybody who is interested in knowing more about Drupal (and willing to 
learn on his own - I can't tell more than I know :P) is welcome. If you 
can code you will immediately be more familiar with Drupal than I am 
after all those months.

We don't require Experts only. (But I certainly won't complain if 
anybody joins Hedgemage ;) ) , It would be just nice to have _any_ 
coding manpower on my side. And not just a quick fixer for some stuff.

So what really counts is: be motivated to work on the  page - i guess 
the rest has to happen automatically anyway ;)
