Not surprisingly I like this version more, as you've addressed most of 
the comments I've sent privately to you.

I have one comment so far though: I don't see any text about 
Nodeprep/... update work. I think it would be much better to say 
explicitly in the charter if this is in scope or out of scope for the 
proposed WG.
