Program Description Business organizations have been losing substantially in their operations with inefficient warehouse processes due to the evolving new normal of business. More specifically, the function of Inventory Management is being tested to the limit due to uncertainties of the times. Inventory Control in the meantime needs to be leveled up to address lag practices and concerns about pilferage or shrinkage in storage. This specialized session would focus on the essentials (more than just the basics) towards more efficient Inventory Planning and Management practices.
