Dear Board members,

This email announces the agenda for our next Board meeting, scheduled for Thursday, 8 October 2026, from 16:00 to 16:30 UTC. The meeting will take place in the XSF chatroom at xmpp:xsf@muc.xmpp.org?join.

Previously, I've included the agenda in these announcements. It appears that to many, the markup applied by either my mail client, the mailing list engine, or a combination of both, affected the rendering of these items to a point where they were difficult to read. I'll stop including them until a better solution for inlining is found.
