have 10/10 at https://www.mail-tester.com, I own my domain for 20+ years . I don't
know what else I can do.

Your message fails DKIM and DMARC, probably because it's passing through
the mailing list, and DMARC/DKIM broke mailing lists rather badly. (There's
a vast amount of politics and big business behind this breakage, and I am
willing to rant for literally hours over it, but perhaps for another time).
The solution seems to be to ensure the mailing list system detects
DKIM/DMARC and, if needed, change the sender. If this sounds like an awful
hack to you, you'd be right, but it seems to be all we have. I understand
the mailing lists might be moving to a different provider soon, so perhaps
this gets fixed by the change?
You could also change your DKIM/DMARC stuff to only soft-fail, I believe,
since it's currently a hard fail and this would explain why some mail
providers drop the message entirely, rather than "only" redirecting it to
Spam.

I do respect you for trying to self-host email, despite how insanely hard
that's becoming. I'm supposedly meant to know about these things, and I
gave up some time ago.

Yeah, that was the consensus on xsf@ muc too: wait and see if the new
infrastructure fixes my issue.

gave up some time ago.
That's also one of the main reasons why I'm working on XMPP, and I'm avoiding
platforms like WhatsApp or Signal, but it comes at a cost (in terms of
maintenance issues like this one, time, or information loss).

Currently our lists detect and verify dkim/dmarc and re-sign with ARC but it
seems some providers are still not reading the ARC headers properly.
I wanted at one point to add a Sender header with re-signed DKIM but
mailman3 doesn't support that, preferring to push ARC adoption or else fall
back to the full from-header rewriting and enveloping style.

I’ve observed it happening for years, I thought I messaged you years ago —
but it might be someone else and I never fired off that email :)
(You’re one of exactly two people on two different mailing lists that I do
know had a correct, safe setup broken by mailing lists, and I had to dig
your emails out of Spam on my custom domain Gmail. Still doesn’t make them
appear in my main Gmail, since I’d have to do an IMAP copy, but eh.)

We might want to thank to the state or even to the ones who are
responssible for attempting to sabotage email functionality, because
such incidents have been motivating me to join to XMPP and even more
idiotic incidents, from the side of the regime which I am a subject of,
have further extend my involvement with more XMPP projects that I did
not even imagine.

at https://www.mail-tester.com, I own my domain for 20+ years . I don't know what

We can host our own email instances, instead of using broken email
instances from the fearful, scared, greedy companies, that have nothing
to do than being pathetic babies for 30 years in order to be a
"manager", if ever, for only 5 - 10 years and a swimming pool.
But they compromise for a jacuzzi, because they do not even know how to
swim.
Goffi, also note that the regime which I am from has an interest to
undermine XMPP in favour of its own metadata-disaster spin-off, so it
might be they the state fiddles with my email traffic too.
As lawyer for over a decade, I have observed many incidents of internet
traffic manipulation here, in addition to knowing of former state
employees who have told me about it, and it is done freely without any
legal authorization.
So, it might be an issue which is caused by local ISPs.
Most of my activity is on I2P, but due to this situation, I intend to
start an email instance of my own or add an additional provider.
