Well, one of Jim Powell's email addresses is bouncing and I haven't
received a reply to the message I sent to his other address. So it's
possible he won't be voting on JEP-0034 (or anything else) before the
first Council's terms are up in late August....

Is this being used for server-to-server too? I didn't see that in the JEP?
