FYI, we have a path forward with the W3C regarding review of the
SOAP Over XMPP spec. Fabio and I still need to define the W3C
Considerations in JEP-0072, and I will try to work with him on that
in the next 10 days.

I would recommend that you send email to the XML Protocol Working
Group (who authored SOAP 1.2) and copy the W3C Web Services
