Sweet, thanx for this work... This looks ok for a start, but we need to more
fully illustrate the <field> elements.

For example, should we just put label attributes on each field, or should there
be a <reported> block like is shown in JEP-0004?  Using simple label attributes
would look something like:

    <field label="Current Room Description" var="description" type="text">
        <value>The place for all good witches!</value>
    </field>

I'd personally prefer this route.
