[Council] meeting

Because of the devcon yesterday and the day before, I have spaced out
the XMPP Council meeting for today and have not prepared for it at all.
I think it would be best to have a meeting next week or the week after
if people are around then. I'll be available every day next week except
Friday (Aug 3) and every day the week after except for Monday (Aug 6).

Sorry for the confusion.
