[Council] Agenda for tomorrow - any thoughts? EOM

I'm working to complete some modifications to XEP-0050 (Ad-Hoc Commands)
before the meeting, but given that it has been Draft for 4 years there
is no big hurry about moving it to Final. Plus I'd like to make sure
that Matt Miller and I are in agreement about the modifications before
the next stage.

I'd like to figure out how we can complete the latest round of fixes to
the PubSub specs (60 and 163) because they have been "in progress" since
FOSDEM.

That's about all I have right now.
