Some pre-bashing of the agenda...

1. The Last Call on XEP-0270 (XMPP Compliance Suites 2010) ends tomorrow.

2. The Board would like to create an Annual Report for the 2008-2009
session along the lines of the report created in early 2007, and the
Council would need to generate some of the content.
