[Council] Meeting 2010-11-10

Hi all,
  We currently have no protocol-related items for me to put on the
agenda, so it's not clear to me that there's any value in having a
meeting this Wednesday. We could have a chat about priorities for this
term, but I think it makes sense to do that at some time that Peter
can attend. Unless anyone objects, I propose we move our next meeting
to Wednesday November 17th.
