[Council] Possible absence tomorrow

Hi all,

If there's a meeting tomorrow then it's possible that
I might not be able to make it as I'm travelling up
to Edinburgh for a few days without promise of internet
access when I get there.

If there are any votes to be made then I'm happy to make
them on list as necessary.

read on the 4 hour train journey, assuming I have enough
paper and ink... :)
