After reviewing the mailing list archives the other day, I added an
additional sentence. As a result I upped the version to 1.3rc3.
Unfortunately it seems that I didn't go 'git push' yesterday, so I've
done that now:

I'm not quite sure if that's ready, but will check with the authors. We
